Tetrad Channel Type

This link is production and installation line for economic and multitudinous ball bearing, whole line is designed to have four channels by which production efficiency is high. Production cost of every channel is cheap while whole circulation of products is done by conveyer and linear disposal is convenient to maintain and repair; floor area is smallest, please refer to floor plan of link for details. Layout and allocation of the whole link can be adjusted according to customers requirement and situation in workshop.

Process flow:

 

election of fit set by computer → installation of retaining bracket → demagnetization → clean by ultrasound and spray rinse, dry by blowing and inunctions → oil removing by centrifugal type → press grease and capping for both sides
