All actions are controlled by PLC. Action interlock protection and fault alarm can be implemented automatically. Automation is very high.

Own the alarm functions including high oil temperature, low liquid level and counter failure and three color alarm.

Adapt clean mode of location. Oil boxes are independent. Pressure is adjustable. Adapt two level filtering.

Cleaning process: load material on the circular trays-belt conveying- single demagnetization- ultrasound cleaning- location cleaning- turning over- location cleaning- blowing dry- turning over- blowing dry- the whole row discharged

Install low noise fans. Filtering precision of the fans is 0.22um. Keep noise and kerosene odor low in the work shops for external circle blowing. Fans from the device and compressed air of customers supply power for blowing system. The effect is good.

Guides are made of stainless steel. Wear resistance is good, deformation is small, adjusting is easy.

Nozzles are self designed. Handling is easy and convenient.

The whole box body of the cleaning machine is made of stainless steel. Set up dirt precipitation area in the front of box body for reducing work pressure of filtering packets. The appearance is light, stylish. The cover is sturdy and durable.
